I saw this place on Instagram and wanted to try it so bad, so naturally, I did! It’s a clothing shop/shoe shop that doubles as a dairy free ice cream shop (sort of like Kith, even though Kith isn’t all dairy free). There’s not many places to sit down inside the shop, it’s more of a grab and go, so if you do go, don’t plan on eating your ice cream there lol.

I took my dog Brooklyn with me and we ventured out to try it! The reason I wanted to go so bad was because they had VEGAN taiyaki which I have never found anywhere else. Taiyaki is a Japanese street food that is like a waffle in a shape filled with different fillings. The one at White Label Creamery is a waffle in the shape of the brand’s icon and inside you can choose vegan nutella or vegan cheese. IM SOLD.

I’m not a huge ice cream fan, but I figured I’d try it since I was there. I got the red velvet scoop as well as the pumpkin spice (I think?). It was low-key really good vegan ice cream. I was shocked by how much I liked it. it does come with a free little waffle, but if you wanted the filled mega waffle, you have to pay extra…. WHICH I DID OF COURSE.

The taiyaki was the literal size of my HEAD and was fresh from the waffle maker so the the nutella inside was ooey gooey. 10/10 guys. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. The outside was crispy, the inside was soft, and the nutella was out of this world.

10/10 recommend stopping by here for one of those. Also, not to mention, there is a vegan burger place RIGHT next door. Yup. Do with that information what you will 😉
