So, Bella and I took a little vacay from work to take a family trip to Italy and thought we’d share will all you people the delicious things we ate on this trip. Also, I think I need a 6 month vacation twice a year, who’s with me?
So the place where we stayed was able to prepare many delicious vegan dishes for us, so here are some pics. Also, we just want to shoutout/say thanks to the incredible chefs Nial, Charlie, and Jonn (Lol I think those were their names? I’m terrible with names) because they are incredibly talented and kind/master vegan chefs!
For breakfast:
1) Vegan avocado toast
2. Yes, vegan cinnamon buns. #getfat or #dietrying
3. Vegan coffee cake (Not pictured because I ate it before I could take the picture #thassright)
Lunch:
1. Vegan cheese pizza (Please refer to this pizza-related video clip if you want to die of laughter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJEoASUMZbI)
2. Quinoa veggie burgers
3. Vegan rice/bean/veggie burritos (Not pictured #sorrynotsorry #girlsgottaeat)
Dinner:
1. Fresh pasta with mushrooms
2. Tofu dumplings in soup
3. These awesome rice patties in a sweet and sour sauce (A twist on a traditional rice stir fry)
4. Tofu and veggie stirfry in a peanut sauce (Yo quiero ahora)
Dessert:
1. Amazing chocolate gelato
2. Apple/banana fritters over vanilla gelato
3. He also made a spiced pumpkin cake (not pictured) that all the other non-vegans on the trip asked to have because it was so delicious. Tasted like fall. Made me wish I was young enough to go trick or treating (NOt young enough but I am short enough so…anyone feel like joining me this year?)
