THIS IS THE BEST VEGAN CAKE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE OMGEEEEE!!!!!!!!! I’m sure you all think I’m being dramatic, but, oh no, just wait until you try a slice of this cake. You’ll literally get a taste of heaven. 

For those of you that don’t know what Goldbelly is (and apparently live under a rock??), Goldbelly is an online delivery service that allows you to ship gourmet food from anywhere in the country to anywhere in the country. Not everything is vegan, but they do have plenty of vegan options and most of them are pretty lit. 

For our birthday, our amazing Aunt Stacey and her family got Bella and me a vegan layered chocolate cake from a company called We Take the Cake in Florida. 

From the outside, the cake looks like your standard vegan cake and, as most of you know, vegan cakes tend to be hit or miss. But, boy, was this a hit!! The chocolate frosting was thick and decadent and rich in flavor. The cake was moist and delicious. Bella, my friend Rebecca, and I literally didn’t even slice the cake. We just dove straight in with our forks. We couldn’t resist. 

I give this cake a whopping 10 out of 10. If you are having a birthday party or have a vegan friend with a birthday coming up, get this cake! Your brain will thank you!! (Anyone get that reference or am I just old now?)
