SO….. Melbourne doesn’t have a Chipotle. I’m pretty sure all of Australia is void of Chipotle. But don’t panic, you little Mexican food lovers, Australia has their own version of Chipotle called Zambrero. And I’m lucky because there is one on my campus!!

Every time I go, I just tell the person behind the counter that I’m vegan, and they recommend one of the bowls. It works similarly to Chiptole, so you can figure it out from there. But I usually get a black rice/quinoa mix (i think?), beans, guac, salsa, corn, lettuce, and BBQ sauce. UGH, guys its so good. My mouth is watering right now. And it also tastes healthier than Chipotle so WIN WIN.

So if you’re in Australia and craving Chipotle (without a side of ECOLI #sorrynotsorry) come to Zambrero!
