This is an ice cream truck and guess what!? They have vegan options! (They have flavors such as salted caramel, peanut butter chocolate chunk, mint chocolate chip, etc.) Apparently they just use organic coconut milk, cashew milk, organic cane sugar, raw cocoa butter,  and organic extra virgin coconut oil. I saw this sign when i was taking a stroll in nyc one day, but i didn’t have any money so i couldn’t buy any #veganproblems . (I legit almost thought about asking a stranger for a dollar but then i thought, as Fat Amy would say, ….mmm, better not) So if anybody goes, let us know how it was!
