The Glass Den is probably my favorite restaurant in Melbourne so far. Other than Smith and Deli, Mister Nice Guy’s, and Matcha Mylkbar. I love the vibes here and the food is incredible and just everything is SO on point here.

Not everything is vegan but they have the most incredible vegan options. Apparently, they are famous for their vegan chicken burger on a beetroot bun but it was so popular that it was sold out by the time I got there. BUT they had another vegan option: vegan pork belly on a CHARCOAL bun. I mean how cool is that!? Melbourne is so creative with their food and literally everything is #InstagramWorthy.

To start, I got the taro milk latte with macadamia nut milk which was okay but it looked super adorable and was all purple <3

Then I got the pork belly sandwich with the french fries which was SO FUCKING YUMMY. Ugh, I want it right now. I mean just look at it!!!

I also got the iced coffee which was LEGIT “ICED” COFFEE. It comes with a ball of frozen coffee, two mini jugs of warm almond milk, and sugar syrup. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!!?!?!

Come here for COOl vibes, BALLER AF food, and CRAZY drinks. Ugh, The Glass Den is the definition of #BrunchGoals
