THE NEW WHOLE FOODS IN DTLA JUST OPENED. I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW. HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME.

So my life just got exponentially better because of this. Now because this new whole foods is so close to USC, my roommates and I can go pick up vegan cookie dough at 8 pm whenever we want and make a night out of eating cookies and moping about being single #GNO #LetsGo

Anyways, the new Whole Foods not only has so much vegan shit (as does every Whole Foods #bae) but it also has a restaurant! YES. A Whole Foods Restaurant. 

Our friend and fellow vegan, Maxine, and us, decided to check it out one night! The restaurant was super hip and also really busy but we snagged a table so yay! The whole menu isn’t vegan but there were a lot of vegan options!

We ordered three of the sushi rolls and the cauliflower nachos to split. The cauliflower nachos were SO good. The sushi rolls were really good too, but just a little underwhelming because it just seemed like the packaged sushi that Whole Foods sells. 

Anyways, it was a fun night and I would deff come back for the cauliflower nachos and the garden sushi roll (I think that’s what it was called?)
