Just when I thought I had tried all the best vegan donuts in California, I was once again proven wrong. Ladies and gents and non-binary folk, I introducer you to: The Donuttery. 

The Donuttery is a classic LA donut shop located in Huntington Beach in a little strip mall. It looks unassuming from the outside but is pure doughy, sugary heaven on the outside. It’s not 100% vegan,  but it does have over 15 different types of vegan donuts! They had raised donuts, cake donuts, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, malasadas, literally every donut ever!!!

The people were so friendly, the donuts were well-priced, and the store smelled heavenly. I ended up getting an apple fritter, a cinnamon roll, a chocolate frosted raised donut, a maple raised donut, a blueberry cake donut, and a guava-filled malasada for my sister and me to share. Geez, you thought those were all for me? I’m not a human garbage can, ok!? (Jk I am.)

Verdict: THEY WERE ALL SO FREAKING GOOD!! If I could eat them 12x a day, I would. My favorite was the apple fritter and the guava one, but they were all scrumptious. Bella loved the chocolate frosted and guava one too.
