GUYSSSSSSS I LITERALLY THINK I JUST UNLOCKED THE KEY TO HAPPINESS: SUSHIRITO!!! It’s literally two of the world’s favorite things combined: sushi and burritos.
It’s basically a giant sushi roll shaped as a burrito w/ seaweed as the wrap, lined with rice, and filled with yummy toppings. I took one bite and legit went to heaven.
We got the “Budhha Belly” (which is actually what my stomach looked like after this San Francisco trip) minus the eggplant. It was filled with Portobello Mushroom Fries, Shaved Cabbage, Julienne Carrots, Ginger Guac, Kale, Roasted Garlic Tofu Sauce. The mushroom fries were sooooo yummy!!!
Anyway, sushirrito has two locations, one in SF and one in Palo Alto and I believe only the SF one has the vegan option.
Anyway, if you want to taste heaven or attain a Buddha Belly yourself (the sushi roll and the literal fat rolls) stop by sushirrito!!! I am craving it so hard rn.
When I went to the SF location (today – just started working in SF), they told me that the Buddha Belly was not vegan 🙁
Oh we modified it. The entire thing is not vegan, but if you ommit some things it can be made vegan 🙂
