Ok, disclaimer: I currently have the flu so if I am in any way incoherant or not funny, blame it on the flu! I promise! (Not my lack of comedic skill or lack of ability to string words together properly!! Lol right?) 

Anyway, I went to this really cool restaurant in Shorditch called “Redemption” that is 100% vegan, all, gluten-free, sugar-free, and 100% DELICIOUS/ TRENDY AF. 

The food on the menu is so incredible. Don’t even get me started on their red velvet beet latte. Ugh, I would get an IV full of that thing, it was so good. 

For meals, my friend Ali and I shared the pasta (SO GOOD, did not taste gluten-free at all. 10/10 recommend) and the bowl of the day/macro bowl which was good! Nothing to write home about but fresh, healthy, and hearty!  

Then for dessert, I was literally given the most beautiful piece of what’s called the “ruby forest gateau” (v pretentious) which was chocolaty and fruity and so yummy!

Not to mention there is an awesome neon sign inside and a totally instagram-worthy pair of street art angel wings outside. DEF check it out for great vegan food, great atmosphere, and a red velvet latte that will literally blow your mind.
