So because we hadn’t been home in like four months, our parents treated us to dinner at Nobu which is basically the equivalent of winning the lottery because its the best restaurant EVER. Its literally the best Japanese restaurant in the entire world. Im not kidding. Seriously. SERIOUSLY. Everytime i go, it impresses me. Like it just keeps getting better. Although when you go, i suggest telling the waiters you are vegan and what that means (they’ve accidentally given us tempura which is not vegan so be specific).

For one, DEFF get the lychee mango drink. It’s just tropicalness happiness deliciousness in a drink. Like if i wanted to define my life as a drink, it would be that one. It’s THAT good. AND it comes with two lychees!!! I know, how cool!? Also order edamame for the table because the edamame there is great with the perfect amount of salt!

As for main courses and appetizers, deff get an avocado tartar because it looks cool, tastes delicious, and comes with a cute little berry to clean your palette (whatever da fu that means #ImSophisticated). Then get the spinach salad without the cheese BECAUSE ITS LITERALLY SO AMAZING. I just want to eat it everyday of my life. It kinda tastes meaty in a way? idk it’s just amazing. We also got the tofu new style which was DELICIOUS as well #yes. 

We also got some cauliflower dish in some sauce and it was SO GREAT too. Anndddd we got the mushroom salad which is always a fave #WeEatSoMuch . As for dessert, we got sorbet and a fruit plate. (Don’t get the grapefruit sorbet it was super wonky and nasty. Whenever i tried it is was street and then would become super bitter. Everytime i gave it a chance, it felt like it was continuously betraying me) Get the coconut sorbet because it was delicious and paired really well with the fruit. The fruit plate was also really amazing because it came with dragon fruit #YUS
