So one of my best friends (The awesome, super smart and strong Je’lyn Brown *or Chayla as my little sister’s nanny pronounces it*) just graduated high school and is going to Cornell for biomedical engineering!!!!!! GO CHAYLA!

Anyway, she and her super kind and amazing family invited us to her graduation lunch at Morton’s Steakhouse. After grazing the menu, I realized the only thing I could have was tea so that’s what I ordered….but wait! The waiter was like “Oh you must be the vegans, don’t worry we have something for you” and I was #wtf

But then they made us a delicious plate of grilled vegetables and a plain salad with oil and vinegar! So if your family ever drags you to a steakhouse or you are graciously invited to a lovely graduation lunch, no fear, Morton’s got ya back! Just ask for something to be modified and they kindly will. Ha! You vegan h8terz, that vegan life aint so hard doe!
