I introduce to you: The Impossible Burger. (Lol if I was a superhero I’d want my name to be ‘The Impossible Burger’ #lolol #foodizlife). Scientists spent like millions of dollars trying to isolate an enzyme in regular beef burgers and they found the same enzyme in plants SO THEY MADE THE MOST REAL TASTING VEGAN BURGER EVER. 

My friend and I came at 11 (it opens at 12 #commitment) and we were the first in line #holla. But after we came, the line started growing real fast. If you go here soon, come early because they only have a limited number of the burgers. The line was legit out the door.

All the waiters were SO nice and friendly and the food came out in like 5 minutes. WARNING: You have to ask for The Impossible Burger to be made vegan. The cheese is not vegan and they have a vegan bun substitution. 

ANYWAYS, this burger was delicious. Totally reminded me of a non-vegan burger I ate when I was a kid at a cookout or something. So yummy and it didn’t “bleed” as it is publicized butttt it was kinda pink in the middle which was so cool! Like it wasn’t the best vegan burger I’ve ever had (By Chloe wins forever) but it was really delicious!!  I really want one of these burgers right nowww

The fries were also delicious. They tasted like Mcdonalds french fries!! Mmmmm

Would I come back? Would I recommend this place? Am I going to dream about this? ABSOLUTELY. Check this place out!
