I think I just found the newest cutest coffee shop on Melrose in West Hollywood and just had to spill the tea (no pun intended). This place I found on Instagram is called Le Ciel Pink (fancy shmancy) and it’s located on Melrose. Not only do their drinks look gorgeous and come in creative flavors (ala cloud cream latte, black sesame latte, plum floral tea, etc), but the decor on the inside of the restaurant is so, so adorable. I mean just look at it!!

This coffee shop feels like something right out of Tokyo. It actually kind of reminds me of the Alfred Tea in Tokyo a bit. Not to mention, they have all their non-dairy milks on full-display, so they are clearly pretty vegan friendly.

I went this past weekend and was choosing between getting the black sesame latte and the signature pink cloud cream latte (which is espresso, flower tea, and cloud foam + milk of choice). I decided to try the cloud cream latte because I thought the cloud element would look cool in a photo. However, because the drink was made vegan, it didn’t come with the foam. REGARDLESS, the drink was SO good. I can’t even describe the flavor but it had this deep but sweet espresso on the bottom and was layered with this unique and sweet floral milk tea. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back to try the black sesame latte sometime – especially since the person who came in after me was vegan and told me she loved the black sesame latte. 

Bottom line, I ten out of ten recommend this coffee shop. They just opened and are still working on the interior, so please be forgiving on that end, but the drinks slap. Vibes are on point.
