My sister, aunt, and I just got back from Paris!!! Woohoo!!! It was a fantastic time and I already miss all the little street cafes, the epic pharmacies (if you know, you know), the lovely people, and loads of WALKING (I got buns of steel now, baby). All so epic. 

So we thought we’d share all the vegan noms we had this time in Paris. Disclaimer, we have been to Paris before so prior blog posts will have different entries. These are just the places we visited in 2023! 

To start, we stayed at the Kimpton St. Honoré Hotel, which was lovely! The staff was super friendly, the waiters were hot (sorry that’s an important detail), and the location was prime. 

The hotel has a restaurant inside it called the Montecito Restaurant and Bar. I would skip breakfast since they didn’t have anything too exciting other than some vegan mushroom toast and a chai tea oatmeal thingy. However, for dinner, they had VEGAN BAO BUNS and veggie spring rolls. Like arrrreee youuuu kiddding me!? We had both and they were FIRE. 

We also enjoyed some seriously delicious cocktails and mocktails.

They also had a few other vegan options on the menu like vegan veggie wok, chips and guac, fresh citrus salad, and some sides! This would be a great place to stay in Paris or a cute place to pop in for dinner. 

As for the hotel minibar/snack area, I’m not sure if we told the hotel we were vegan or if they are just randomly EXTREMELY vegan-friendly, but all the snacks were vegan. Like… all of them. I’ll post some pictures below, but they had vegan chocolate, chips, gummies, breakfast bars, etc. I was very pleased, to say the least!
