I feel like I’ve heard people mention this place one trillion times, but never actually have gone to it. I always pictured it to be some old-school New York-style pizza place with like old photos on the walls and like old-fashion coke bottles, but I recently went there and was shook by how wrong I was???

Jon and Vinny’s is like this SUPER trendy LA restaurant with neon signs and  all light-wood interior. It’s super cool and everyone there is chic as fuck. 

Regardless of it looking cool, though, they don’t have many options for us vegans. In fact, when I asked the waiter, he was lowkey super rude about it. But then like five minutes later, he came back to apologize for being rude about it.  So I guess that sorta make makes up for it?? 

Anyway, basically, their only vegan option was the bruschetta. The spaghetti wasn’t even vegan. Very weird. 

Regardless, it was AMAZING bruschetta. So if your friends want to come here, at least you’ll have a yummy option. Would I trek out of your way to come here as a vegan, probably not? Cool vibes tho!
