So for those of you who find yourself gracing upon the island of Anguilla (An-gwee-la or an-guill-a? Who da fuck knows) you must and I mean MUST take a visit to this restaurant. Although granted, our fam did have to take a ten minute walk on the beach to get there which meant we were dripping in sweat when we arrived #notinshape #chubsters it was definitely worth the walk! (Also, Leila the baby sis got a great instagram during the walk on the beach so who knows! Maybe you’ll become insta famous and have your fifteen seconds of fame! #famethirsty) 

Anyway, we had to request special food and specify what vegan meant but the restaurant delivered! I had a DELICIOUS beet soup. Just pureed island beets and it was amazing. If you love beets like me you must get the soup. They also made us a delicious asparagus risotto and rasbery sorbet which was amazing. Although the waiter was a bit sassy, I would take a visit! 

As Hannah Montana always says: “Its all about the climb, but the view is great!” And anything Hannah Montana says, goes (naturally).
