Yes guys it’s pronounced “holy belly”, like “holy water”, not “Holy” like “Holly Hunter”. My friend and I legit both thought it was “Holly” and not “Holy” for absolutely NO REASON.
Anyway, this place is super trendy in Paris. It’s always SUPER busy and packed, but the food is HYPE af. Like incredible. The menu has some things that look vegan, but you have to ask your waiter to clarify and modify shit to make sure. Make sure to ask for everything without butter, just in case. They were super helpful here and pointed out everything they could modify, which included a lot of the yummy looking sides.
I ordered the quinoa and squash dish with a side of hash brown. The quinoa squash thing was INCREDIBLE. Like one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten. The vegan food in Paris is always unreal. I highly recommend this dish. I think I had to modify it a bit, but they were super accommodating.
Also the hash brown was NEXT LEVEL. It was round!!! A round hash brown. So fucking good. Like I want these hash browns to be my pillows. They were just genius and delicious. If you like good food and trendy places, come to Holybelly. Like you WILL NOT regret it.
