Lol just kidding please don’t. That song was absurdly overplayed. ANYWAY. I love shaved ice. I know it’s like such a random thing to love. I feel like only kids under the age of 7 love shaved ice but whateverrrrr. The reason I love shaved ice is because it’s not as creamy as ice cream (never really been a fan of ice cream sorry not sorry) and it isn’t as lame as sorbet (come on, we all know sorbet is the lamest dessert in town). But shaved ice?! LIT. It’s literally tiny pieces of cold ice with syrup????? What don’t you like about it????

Happy Ice is a shaved ice food truck in Los Angeles that is decorated in tie dye (ya can’t miss it) that sells all types of flavored ices. Not everything on the menu is vegan but i think most or all of the flavors are. Just make sure to ask! I got the rainbow one because its the most popular and looks the coolest. It was superrrrr yummy and was the perfect treat for a hot LA winter day lol (sorry east coasters). Plus, the sizes are super small so its not overwhelming. Somehow the sizes look huge on Instagram and it’s very confusing. If I could get it again, I would probably just get cherry because it’s my fave flavor, but the rainbow one is cool for the gram.
