So as a vegan, I did vow to never eat anything with eyes again…but I kind of broke my promise. But have no fear ladies and gents, it’s just candy eyes!! 

Lo and behold, I think the sissy and I may have found the most adorable vegan dessert in the history of EVER. 

It’s at this place called Eyescream and Friends where you basically make a little sorbet monster friend out of shaved sorbet and it is legit the cutest thing I’ve seen since Abigail Breslin in Little Miss Sunshine. 

Not all the flavors are vegan, but the two sorbets (mango and strawberry) are vegan, as well as a few of the toppings including nuts, granola, and strawberry sauce. 

All in the all, the sorbet was so delicious and so cute, I almost felt guilty eating it. If you ever find yourself frolicking around Barcy, check it out fraanndsss!
