Vegan mochi donuts?! Count me in! My friend Jay and us decided to take a little trip to Monterey Park to try these vegan mochi donuts and vegan filled donuts. I had seen these donuts all over Instagram but couldn’t find vegan ones until I came across Dot and Dough on TikTok.

The donut shop is super cute, super pink, and has the cutest neon sign!! Perfect for the gram. Not everything is vegan here, but mostly everything is. I think one of the donuts wasn’t vegan? Make sure to ask!

I got the matcha mochi donut, the Ube filled donut, and a chocolate Homer donut with chocolate custard inside. My sister got the mango pocky mochi donut, the Ube filled donut, and the cookies and cream donut.

All of the donuts were yummy (and extremely filling for some reason!) However, they weren’t amazing and definitely not the best donuts I’ve ever had, but they were tasty. I probably wouldn’t come back here but if I was ever in the area and craving something sweet, I might stop by.
