Dole whip. Cotton Candy. Shaved Ice.

This place is literally in the most random part of Korea Town, but it is TRULY a magical paradise. It might smell like a mix of over-concentrated sugar and rubber…. BUT the treats at CottonHi are LIT.

My friend Sophia was over and we were having a girl’s night when it was like literally 11 PM and we were all collectively craving shaved ice. Sophia randomly found this place and so we ventured out to see what the deal was.

Not everything is vegan but the shaved ice is (duh ice and sugar syrup), the dole whip is (HOLLLLLLLAAAAA), the watermelon soft serve is, and so is the cotton candy (just more sugar duh). Me being the FOOD LOVER that I am, I got a little bit of everything.

I got strawberry and pineapple shaved ice +pineapple  dole whip with strawberry cotton candy. LET ME TELL YOU. SO FUCKING GOOD. The perfect combos of icey, creamy, sugary goodness. The mix between the cotton candy and the dole whip created the perfect contrast in flavors and textures. But make sure to ask for no Lucky Charms marshmallows on your cotton candy because they come with it and aren’t vegan #gelatin.
