So our good from friend from New York, Sami, and her mother took a trip to LA and treated Olie and I to dinner! (Lol they didnt take the trip to LA to treat us to dinner. They came to LA for something….and then treated us to dinner lololol) Anyways, thanks guys, you da best! Also considering the fact that they flew into LA that morning at 6 am, were busy the entire day, and still made time to see us 🙂 #aww So anyways, we love going out with Sami because she always knows the best places to get healthy, but delicious vegan food. 

So, her and her mom took us to Boa Steakhouse which is legit one of the coolest places i’ve ever been to. It’s literally like Nobu but for steak. The interior was so posh and Beverly Hills and everybody inside was dressed to the nines (i feel like an old man writing “dressed to the nines” #AlsoWhy9 #WhyNot10?) and all the waiters were attractive (ok not all, but the bartender deff was). They took us to eat outside, in this half indoor/outdoor area, so it was super cool and there was a fire place and a heater and we sat in this really cool, comfy booth and it twas awesome #livinthegoodlife #BetterThanTheDiningHall

So other than talking about boys and catching up on college life, we ordered some delicious food. We had to ask to modify some things but they were more than happy to do so. For a starter we got the squash and garbanzo bean thing.  I had no idea what i was eating, but it was pretty good (#thatswhatshesaid). Then for our main course, we all got mushroom risotto (made with vegetable stock instead of chicken stock #thatwhatshesaid #justkidding), and Sami ordered a side of corn (made with oil not butter) that was a bit spicy but really, really tasty. And for dessert, we got berries and coconut, mango, and raspberry sorbet that tasted so fresh i legit could have sworn i was on a tropical island (k that’s a bit much, but it was really good)

I give this place two thumbs up for food, service, and atmosphere. #TwoThumbsUpYall #idkWhyIJustHastaggedThat
