So what do you do when you’re shopping on Abbot Kinney and the donut cravings hit? Why you stop at Blue Star silly! DUH…

Ok, so as you all know (or don’t?), Blue Star – the popular donut shop w/ vegan options- has just opened its newest location on Abbot Kinney street in Venice which pretty much makes Abbot Kinney street vegan heaven. You have Kreation, falabar, salt & straw,  the butcher’s daughter, and now blue star… all on one street! Cray-zayyyy.

So yeah, not all the donuts are vegan but they do have a wide selection of vegan donuts and they all come in cool flavors like matcha and orange & olive oil, you get the gist. You know, you gotta be bold with flavors these days…

All in all, the donuts were SO good! Soft and flavorful. Even our non-vegan family friend was shocked that they were vegan and that good. 

So if you’re ever craving donuts while shopping (honestly, me everyday), this is def the place to stop.
