“So in East Hampton right next to Soul Cycle there is the most amazing vegan restaurant”- the most ~basic~ quote ever recorded by mankind. 

But all joke aside, Babettes is one of the BEST vegan restaurants I have ever been to! The barbecue tofu remains one of my favorite dishes of all time. They also have a delicious selection of fruit juices and chai tea (hot or cold both yummy). A little pricy because of its location but if you have a friend who is willing to take you, beg them! They also have a great blt (made with crispy tofu) and sweet potato fries and a variety of salads. Very handsome waiters (They tend to hire vegan ) and customers as well. (Just beware of the Dragon Bowl, very expensive and not worth a single penny) However, I still remain a die hard Babette’s fan!
