GUYS. If you’re a hippy hipster who likes doing mainstream shit like surfing or weird shit like dancing barefoot on the street to strangers playing banjos, Byron Bay if for you. (And no I did not do that, but if you pictured me doing that then… was I at least good at dancing?)

ALSO, if you’re a horny girl (or guy?), Byron Bay is for YOU. I’ve never seen such attractive men IN MY LIFE. Every man in Byron was HOT AF. You know that sexy af male model Jordan Barrett? He’s from Byron Bay. Nuff said.

Anyways, there was a surprising amount of vegan options in Byron. My favorite was The Beet. A vegan restaurant with DANK AF food.

My friend Georgia and I split the burger and truffle pasta and IT WAS HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH. Like the food is INCREDIBLE. Like a “melt in your mouth” kind of good. The pasta was perfect, the burger was perfect. Everything was perfect.

The waitress was super nice too and recommended the peppermint patty hot chocolate which was SO good. 

SOOOOOOO if you’re in Byron, scoot ur tush to The Beet…. or forever hold your peace.
