So if any of you guys go to USC and take Intro to Cinema (omg Drew Casper is hilarious) then you probably have a paper due this upcoming week too! WAHOO! Well, my friend Ali and I were really down in the dumps about having to spend our entire weekend writing a paper, so we decided to wake up early today (9:30 is early for a saturday in college #yafeel?) and go out to breakfast somewhere! Of course, writing this paper isn’t too bad because mine is about the film My Own Private Idaho which is an amazing film if you haven’t seen it and i am BEYOND in love with the main actor River Phoenix (Fun fact: River Phoenix was the inspiration for Olie and I to go vegan! I know he’s so cool. And he’s also a really good actor and super attractive… #um #CheckHimOut #WinkWink) 

So we decided to go to Real Food Daily because IM KIND OF OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE. They have literally everything from waffles, to french toast, to nachos, to cronuts. SO AMAZEBALLS. 

SO, i got the tofu scramble “Ava B n Chez” and Ali got the waffle. I ALSO got a chocolate cronut on the side because YOLO. On the menu, under “Baked Goods” it said “ask your server about today’s selection”. I felt like I was Ella Enchanted because when the waiter came, i kind of blurted out, “WHAT’S YOUR SELECTION OF BAKED GOODS!?” She didn’t notice my urgency (aka: my lardness #IsThatAWord?) and was like “muffins, cookies, cupcakes” and i was all like #NahhBro and then she was like “cronuts…” and i was like sdjhfbdsjhfgdsj “OMG YES.” Sooooooo long story short, that’s how i ended up getting brunch with a side of a cronut #YoloMoment and everything was AMAZING. 

This place is tied with Cafe Gratitude for my favorite vegan places in Los Angeles. So many yummy options. Also the service was good. My friend said though that, “there service was good but there were significant awkward moments”. Maybe i’m just too awkward to notice them #awkward, but there you have it. SOOOOOOOOOO seriously, go check it out for some delicious food…oh yeah, and for the cronuts!!!! 🙂

Alsoooo, we got olie the breakfast sammi to go because she already finished her paper so she decided to sleep in  instead #FuckAllayal
