Talk about brunch goals, this place was 100% vegan and had waffles, bbq sandwiches, BLTs, and even coconut caramel lattes. And yes, you bet your ass we ordered everything. 

The service was really nice there and the vibe was super chill and cozy. We ordered a plain waffle, a sausage waffle, a side of chili, a bbq soy curl sandwich (Portland loves their soy curls… low-key I think I am the human personification of a soy curl?), and a baller coconut salted caramel latte. YUM. YUM. YUM.

I think Portland just SLAYS the vegan food game. They slay the competition. So yummy. Would DEFF come back next time I’m in Portland.
