So according to some girls I talked to in Paris, veganism has started to become the latest trend in Paris which is amazing, because guess what? I’m vegan and I love being #trendy! So by default, being vegan, I guess I was already trendy, right? #thateveganlifedoethoughts
Anyway, Hank is an ALL vegan burger place in Paris. Can you believe that? Literally ALL vegan! The place is so cool! It’s like a little nook in the wall, super cute and quaint, but it’s filled with people so clearly very popular.
They have three main burgers with different options of sides, as well drinks, bomb looking desserts, and the option to make your burger a “cheeseburger” or “gluten free”.
They also have dispensers for ketchup, really spicy mustard (from Dijon, France), and mayonnaise. Fancy shit right there.
We all got the “Allume” burger, which has BBQ sauce and and lettuce and peppers and other yummy things! I added cheese to mine and also made it gluten free. Then for a drink, I got a cool looking organic coke and for the sides I got roasted potato wedges.
Everything was sooooooo good!!!! Our non-vegan friend Monica liked it so much, she said she was going to go back! It was also her first time trying vegan cheese and she loved it #yasssss.
It was probably one of the best veggie burger experiences I’ve had (and trust me, I’ve had my fair share of veggie burgers), which only means one thing. America needs to step up it’s veggie burger game.
Def a must stop if you ever find yourself wandering around Paris!
