GUYYYYYYYYYYYSSSSSS THOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. This place was LIT. Like top 20 best vegan places ever. I’m not sure if it was a pop-up or is a permanent establishment (#establishment), BUT this place was amazing. And yes if you were wondering, Chloe is from the famous By Chloe (even though By Chloe wrongly kicked Chloe Coscarelli out and are now profiting by franchising By Chloe and using her name SMH) 

Her new cafe is adorably placed in St. Roch food hall and, although the menu is small, the options are wonderful. Outside St. Roch hall are the cutest (and most relaxing) swings. So if you need to digest after your amazing meal, I recommend reading a book or listening to music on the swings #selfcare 

The Chloe pop up in NY has a wider option I think, but this location only had the truffle avocado toast and a bunch of delicious dessert options. Unless the menu changes everyday… which is totally possible.

The truffle avocado toast was WOWOWOWOWOW. The bread was so crispy and soft, that truffle oil came straight from the clouds of heaven, and THOSE PICKLED ONIONS were the best pickled onions i’ve ever had in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend. You’d be a fool not to try this.

THIS CAKE. WOWOWOWOW. Like you guys don’t understand. After .1 seconds of putting this cake in my mouth, I literally was shook by how amazing it was. My sister and I both said “Oh my god” at the same exact time #shook. It tasted like the birthday cake you used to eat at birthday parties when you were a kid. So moist and fluffy and delicious. And those sprinkles… man. Just a masterpiece.

The cookie was good! Deff not my favorite in comparison to the cake and avocado toast, but still yummy! It would have tasted better if it was a little warmer I think!
