We’ve posted about Cafe Gratitude a gazillion times but it’s just SO good that we’re posting about it again! WAHOOO! So we met up with our bestie Cami, who’s in LA visiting schools, for dinner at Cafe Gratitude in Larchmont. I LOVE Cafe Graitude because the vibe is super chill (think Jason Mraz chill…i mean, Jason Mraz is even an invester in the restaurant) and it’s super hip and healthy and just everything you would want in a cafe. Also they allow dogs in the outside area which is super cute because i spent my entire meal next to the cutest dog ever (pic below!) I miss my dogs back at home :(((( 

For drinks, we all got the rose water lemonade which is SUPER cool looking (makes for an awesome instagram #21stCenturyGirl) and is super tasty! For the entree Olie got the veggie burger and did not like it. When i asked why, all she said was “idk just wasnt good” so yep. I totally forgot what Cami had but i think it was Fuerte? It was a mexican sandwich, and she asked for it with no jalepeños and the salsa verde on the side. Cami really liked hers even took the rest to go. For the Fuerte (i think?), the waitress told Cami that they were out of the side of rice and asked if she wanted the mixed green salad instead to which Cami responded, “Yeah the rice sounds good”. The waiter was like, “um…we don’t have any…”. hahaha gotta love Cami 😉

Also, Cami isn’t even vegan and loved everything she got #Wahoooo and she texted me telling me that her dad and brothers tried her leftover sandwich and loved it too! yay! #VeganAppreciation

For my entree i got the Bounitful which is the qinoua pasta which i luvvvvvvvvvv. I took the rest to go. I would tell you that i’m going to eat it for lunch tomorrow or something reasonable like that, but i’m actually eating the rest as i type this #NoShame.

For dessert, Olie got the chocolate coconut pie, Cami got the Key Lime pie, and i got the brownie. Olie and Cami really liked their desserts (i wasn’t that big of a fan of the brownie. It was kinda crumbly and the chocolate sauce had such a wonky taste #NuhUhHoney #Bound2) but in the picture it looks yummy and probably makes for a good insta so who cares how it tastes, right? #Jk #LetsBeRealImNotThatShallow #ImDeep #LikeTheOcean #Jk #ImGonnaStopNow

We all wanted to order the strawberry cobbler because we saw someone else get it and kinda drooled just looking at it, but when we asked for it (along with all our other desserts duhh) the waitress was like “Ummm that seems like a lot of dessert, you’re gonna be really full” so we didnt order it. To the waitress: Thanks for having my back, girl! 

Also because we love food so much, we all got a baguette with a side of olive oil and avocado to-go so we could eat it for lunch tomorrow (or for a midnight snack, let be real) So anyways, go check it for some yummy grub and a chill relaxed vibe. Such a great place to meet up with friends.
