Don’t get me wrong, I love LA. I’m such a Cali girl, but i’m DEFF a new yorker at heart. It’s like I have the California spirit with the new york attitude #Jk #ImABasicBitch. Buttt being back in the city was like taking a breath of fresh air. Ahhh gotta love this city’s vibe. You know how we have Best Coast West Coast? Well, Olie and I came up with Beast Coast East Coast. Guess what guys, i’m bi-coastal! #IFeelCool #ImCoolRight? #Right? #RIGHT?! 

So anywayssssssss, taking a trip to the city deff entails a stop at Chelsea market. Chelsea Market is this little indoor market with a bunch of little food shops and stores and i just love it so much because the vibe is on point and there’s always something new to try! And among these cute little shops with goodies and tchotchkes  (<— literally had to look up how to spell that word. The spelling for that word should be illegal), they have two AMAZING vegan food places!!! #Score

 

Beyond Sushi is a vegan gem hidden among all the other gems in Chelsea Market is a sushi place called Beyond Sushi and let me tell you, their name says it ALL. They go above and beyond with their really unique and creative vegan sushi ideas by including things like sweet potatoes, mushrooms, mangoes and MANY MORE! (call 1-800-… #hahajk #getit?) no but seriously, their sushi is so awesome and creative and BEYOND any sushi i’ve ever had. They also use purple rice which makes it ten times more glamorous than other sushi roll ANDDDD they put the sauce for the roll in a little cute tube! Idk why but anything in a little container is just adorable. 

Anyways, get the mighty mushroom because it is fosho MIGHTY. Also, we got chia pudding with roasted apples and a little tube of caramel sauce. I liked the caramel sauce but thought the chia pudding was kinda sour :/ but Olie loves hers so maybe I’m just sour :/   Anyways!!! Go check out this sushi because it’s cray
