This recipe is DEFF in my top 5 favorite recipes to make and eat!!! It’s AMAZING. I’ve literally made it three times in one month. That’s how much I love it. I found this recipe on Rachael’s Good Eats website and it’s the easiest vegan Twix bar recipe I’ve ever seen and doesn’t require you to make any date caramel or sugar caramel (both require so much effort. NO thanks lmao).
All you need is like 10 ingredients. Ok I don’t know if it’s ten on the dot, BUT it’s basically like almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, almond butter, salt, coconut oil, and like almond milk. I know I’m missing some other simple ingredients but I’ll link the recipe down below for you to see for yourself.
It’s so simple and the bars are AMAZING. If I had a plate of them in front of me right now, they would all be gone in two seconds. WOW. I am craving one so bad rn. Should I make some tonight?
I also made mine sugar-free by using the sugar-free maple syrup from ChocZero and the stevia sweetened chocolate chips from Lilys.
ENJOY! Here is the link to the recipe:
