Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

IT’S FALL!!!! Which means cozy sweaters, David Pumpkins, and, most importantly, PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES!!!

WELL, HAVE NO FEAR VEGANS! (and those that hate caffeine like I do #jitters)

I have come up with a vegan pumpkin spice latte recipe sans dairy (duh) and caffeine. (But if you do want that good java, just add some shots of expresso and go crazy!) Here it is!

Ingredients

  • Two cups of almond milk
  • Two tbsp of maple syrup
  • Two tbsp of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Vegan whipped cream (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Combine almond milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a blender or magic bullet.
  2. Pour into a mug and microwave until warm
  3. Froth the drink with a milk frother * optional step *
  4. Top with vegan whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice
  5. VOILA!
