I made my own vegan pecan pie!!! I feel like an adult now! First pecan pie, next, my own house and kids! (Jk, no kids. Just dogs. Lots of dogs).

It’s a super, super easy pie recipe. Nothing too intricate or fancy. No special ingrediants.
My review: Pie tasted great!! My only issue was that the middle was soft/ a bit mushy so maybe, depending on your oven, keep it in for a bit longer?
Also, I used a premade vegan graham cracker crust from Whole Foods which was amazing, so if you can’t find the pie crust that the recipe recommends, you can also use that! (Unless the graham cracker crust was responsible for the slightly mushy center, then ignore me and listen to the woman who actually made the recipe LOL).
