Chicken katsu is so underrated but delicious? Like nobody talks about it but it’s fire??? Anyway, finding vegan chicken katsu is NEAR impossible, so I decided that I would just make it myself BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR YOUR DREAMS NOT JUST WISH FOR THEM #inspiration. I used the recipe linked HERE. And let me tell you, it was 10/10. Sooooo delicious and flavorful. Not only was the tofu incredibly crispy, but also the sauce was a CHEFS KISS. All the flavors were so dang good mixed together. I have some leftovers in the fridge so BRB while I go stuff my face again
