So, if you’re vegan, you’ve probably seen “caramel slices” all over instagram. Well if not, you’re probs not a vegan on instagram and #sorrynotsorry but #youcantsitwithus. Anyway, these (excuse my French) fuckers are everywhere on the gram and so many raw vegans are making them all the time, I thought I would try making them and see what the hype was all about!
Because I’m not a wizard and can’t come up with recipes on my own, I used this recipe from donnahay.com. So thank you to this website for guiding me on this journey lol

It was incredibly easy and didn’t require too many ingrediants I didn’t already have.
And here’s a pic to show the result. They turned out pretty damn good!! Even a chef I knew tried them and was impressed! So there you have it folk. Some things are hyped for a reason. (But Beyonce…I truly just don’t get that one #dontkillme)
