WOW, I just realized that the name MudbuM is just the word “Mud” and it’s reflection next to it. I am #mindfucked. Anyway, for those of you wondering what da fuk MudbuM is, it’s a “facial bar” or, in other words, a cute and trendy place for express facials. 

Each facial is only $55 dollars (which may seem like a lot, but most facials are wayyyy more expensive) and if you are a first-timer, they reduce the price to $25. A $25 dollar facial??? Sign me up, ladies!

It’s located in West Hollywood, across the street from Fonuts, and has cute neon signs and fun wallpaper inside. They have a menu of different facials you can choose from (based on your skin concerns), all of which are vegan. They also have $10 add-ons which are also all vegan, except for the breast milk treatment. Yes, you read that correctly. Breast. Milk. 

It says it is ethically sourced, so if the mothers were willing to give up the milk, does that make it… vegan?? #honestlydontknow

So my problem with my skin has always been that it is super dry, so they recommended I do the “GLOW” for its moisturizing components. The whole facial was probably less than half an hour and AMAZING! They steamed my skin, then cleansed it, did a mask and massaged it in with these frozen ball things which felt AMAZING, added oil, and massaged it in. It was such a luxurious treatment. #ballthings

The staff was super friendly. The facial was great. My skin stayed SO SMOOTH for literally hours after the facial. 10/10 recommend!
