We, as vegans, have to support small vegan companies, especially in times like these!! Ok, now that you checked them out, let me tell you a little more information about this product. 

Misaky Tokyo is a small Japanese candy (crystal treat) company that makes seaweed-based sweet candy crystal gems that are all vegan and gluten-free.  But don’t worry, folk, they don’t taste like seaweed. They come in a variety of flavors such as matcha, butterfly pea, yuzu, passion fruit, lavender, and other unique flavors. They were all so delicious in their own way, but my favorite part about this product is the texture. 

The outside is crunchy like glass, but the inside is soft and gummy like candy. It almost feels like you’re eating a real-life crystal in the best way possible. 

I was actually dying to try these after seeing so many Tik Toks about them and was surprised by Bella, my twinny, for my birthday with a box of these. 

They are a little expensive, I will admit, but they are handcrafted and each piece is literally a work of art. If you like interesting treats and Japanese flavors, I 100% encourage you to try them. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go eat one. All this talk is making me crave one again ahahaha.
