I know everything you hear or read about is corona-centered, so I thought I’d take your minds off of that for a second and refocus your brain onto the world of self-care. In a time like this (where shit is certified cray cray), it’s important to take a step back and care for yourself. 

So, before I start, yes, it is ok to spend some #cashmoney (if you have some to spare) and do a little online shopping to treat yourself. Anxiety and depression can be triggered in extreme isolation and, as social creatures, we have to find little things to keep us busy and distracted: hence, retail therapy. 

One of the most recent self-care items I invested in (I say invested and not bought because your skincare is an investment!!), is this Dr. Gross vegan collagen setting spray & mist. As you all know, I stan King Gross (he was my dermatologist back in NYC) and love most of his products, so, as expected, this one did not disappoint. 

I don’t wear makeup, so I haven’t used it as a setting spray, but as a quick mist, it’s refreshing, soothing, and does not make me breakout. I use this coupled with the Dr. Gross vegan collagen moisturizer and my skin is always so fresh and dewy. Yes, that was a flex. My skin rox.

Anyway, I definitely recommend checking out all of Dr. Gross’ vegan collagen products. With the collagen craze hitting skincare and food markets left and right, it’s hard for us vegans to jump on the bandwagon. Dr. Gross makes it easy. Also, yes, his last name is Gross. I imagine he would have had some fun options for wedding hashtags…
