So guys what do you do when you have an audition all the way in Burbank on a Friday morning?  You find a vegan place nearby and invite a friend! Also, if you’ve never been to Burbank, deff go cruz around. The mountains are so beautiful and make me feel like I’m in Hawaii (butttt also give me flashbacks to my geo midterm this past Thursday that i’m 98% sure I low-key failed)

I found a place called Bea Bea’s  like 10 mins away from my audition that serves breakfast and is super famous for their pancakes. Unfortunately, they only have one type of food on their menu that can be made vegan. FORTUNATELY it is the pancakes!!! Some of the pancakes can’t be made vegan so make sure to ask (farewell my matcha pancake dreams), also the waitress told me the gluten free option was not vegan, but I would double check again if you’re gluten free.

This place was super packed, which means it’s popular! Anyways, I decided to order the vegan pancakes with oreos on top and it was AMAZING. I swear, i’m not a big pancake fan, but these pancakes were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my entire life. Actual perfection. Like I want them right now.

So if you ever find yourself in Burbank for an audition (#StrugglingActorLifeDoe) or for anything else, deff come check dis place out for some baller pancakes!!
