HEY GUYZ. I’M BACK. (Lol, didn’t go anywhere, just wanted to say that)
Tonight, THATVEGANLIFEDOE was a proud sponsor and endorser of Olie and Bella’s kitchen as they whipped up their first home cooked meal in their new apartment: Brown Rice Pasta topped with tomato sauce with sautéed kale and chick-peas! #HELLYEAH
Anyway here’s what you need to live/have a meaningful life/cook this meal:
1. Kale (We bought ours chopped already because aint nobody got time for that)
2. Chickpeas (In a can… do they come any other way???)
3. Tomato sauce (Not homemade, sorry folk. In a fancy little jar)
4. Brown Rice Penne Pasta (Because we’re healthy and stuff, ya know)
5. Grapeseed oil and seasoning (Salt, pepper, onion salt)

1. First you boil water with a pinch of salt and when the water boils, put the pasta in until as soft as you want it and then drain (Lol, i think yall know how to make pasta #sass)
2. Then you sauté kale in a saucepan with grape seed oil with salt, pepper, and onion salt
3. Then you heat up the sauce on the stove w/ chickpeas and mix it with the kale and pasta!
There you go! A simple, healthy delicious vegan dinner that your vegan/non-vegan friends will LOVE! (Unless you’re friends with vegan haters, then good luck finding new friends #awks)
